The arrangements made with the services listed below are meant for participants registered to the ISF World Seed Congress 2015. Reservations made by non-registered participants will be cancelled without further notice.
You may therefore proceed with the booking of the following services:

* Private Transfers from/to airport
* Visa Invitation letter

Please make sure you have the correct travelling dates and that you have carefully read the cancellation and booking changes policies before submitting your booking form.

City Map page
The city map will give you an overview about the location of the proposed hotels compared to the ICE Kraków Congress Center ( ICE ). Size of the city map can be increase/decreased by clicking on the zoom tool at the bottom right. By clicking on the number a short menu appear with information about distances and public transportation. The icon on the left side opens a legend with proposed hotels.
Kraków is a compact city with many hotels being at easy walking distance.
The public transportation system ( bus and tram ) can assist for longer distances or in case of adverse weather. Buses and trams lines are showed on the map, each line with a different color.

Booking form
In order to fill the Booking Form, please insert the password you have received with your Congress Registration Confirmation. This form needs to be completed with all services you would like to book.
